Event Overview – The 10th Global Entrepreneurs Forum will take place in Hangzhou, China, from October 24-26, 2025, organized by the Zhejiang Small and Medium Enterprises Association in collaboration with the Foundation for International Studies and Geopolitics, chaired by Prof. Giancarlo Elia Valori, with participation of the Royal Families of Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and of Israel.
Zhejiang Province – Zhejiang is a coastal province in eastern China with a population of 58.5 million and a GDP of approximately €802.60 billion as of 2019. It features modern infrastructure and is known for its diversified economy, including primary industries like fishing, rice, tea, and silk production.
Foreign Investment – The province is a significant destination for foreign investment, with 182 of the world’s largest companies operating there by the end of 2018. Italian companies are particularly active in sectors like food, engineering, automotive, textiles, and fashion.
Forum Theme and Advantages – The forum will focus on “New Manufacturing, New Business Models, New Future.” Key advantages include its strategic location, established brand, significant scale with over 100,000 participants, high-level collaborations with global companies, and strong government support.
Proposed Cooperation Ideas – Suggestions for collaboration include creating a platform for technology exchanges, establishing joint R&D centers, promoting sustainability projects, facilitating investment operations, and supporting participation in the forum through initiatives like a Sino-European Joint Laboratory for Digital Innovation.
As part of the 10th edition of the forum, it is proposed also to establish a Sino-European Joint Laboratory for Digital Innovation, the Incubation of Cultural IP Related to the Silk Road and the exploration of new models of cross-border e-commerce.
The Forum will be organised under the leadership of Zhejiang Small and Medium Enterprise Association:

Zhang Xiaoke – Secretary General of the Zhejiang SME Association;
Hong Mei – Secretary General of the Zhejiang SME Association and of the Professional Committee of the Import and Export Association.
